Plastic Frame for Sea-Hammock

Description :Swimming Pool Products development company wishes to
source a plastic frame for its Sea-Hammock. This product
has been re-designed to have two plastic injection moulded
components namely a T shaped fitting and a Cross Bar fitting.
2 T shaped fittings and 3 Cross Bar fittings are used on each
hammock. These fittings have a press-fit into sections of
extruded PVC tube. A PDF drawing of the new arrangement
is available on request. A photograph of the first plastic
prototype is shown.
We would intend to visit your company to discover how best
your production facilities can be best used to make the product.
We anticipate making the plastic frames in batches of 2, 000.
