b. The quantity and detailed requirement and specification
as attachment.
2. 2 x 1200 Teu C/v (hull no. yzj2005-697/698c)
a. Delivery time for exchangers to be before mid of next year.
b. The quantity and detailed requirement and specification
as attachment.
Please quote your best CIF Shanghai net price in USD and
your best delivery time.

Shipping term: CIF Shanghai by sea.

Payment term: 100% L/C opening,30 days prior to the
contract delivery date.

Validity period: as your standard.

Guarantee period: 12 month counted from ship delivery
date or 24 month counted from the cargo arrived at
shipyard, to be chosen which would be coming earlier.
