Description :We are looking for a film maker with the capability to
manufacture a film blend of 70% LDPE and 30% LLDPE
(Butane based) with no slip additive and a 4000 PPM
antiblock additive. One surface need to be corona treated
to 46+ dynes. The gauge range varies from 50 to 125
microns. The width varies from 1000 to 2000 mm with
the bulk of the demand at 1870 mm. The film needs to be
supplied on 150 mm cores with a desired roll diameter is
1000 mm.

Quantities exceed 10 containers per month whereby the
starting volume will be about 3 containers per month.

At the same time, we are also sourcing for PET Film.
This also has integrated capability to aluminum metallize
the film. The major product is a 12 micron packaging grade
PET film with a corona treatment on one surface. The metal
is applied to the corona treatment at 0.4 optical density with
a +/- 0.1 tolerance. The most popular with is 1855mm on a
150 mm core. Roll length should be 30,000 meters or larger.
