Special request: Buyer requires factory visit after having
signed draft contract. Final contract will be signed at
factory after approval of ability to provide the cement.
Alternatively approval might be possible through POP from
seller to buyer?s bank (POP has to be send before POF).
The Buyer is of the understanding that any and all offers
and/or contracts are subject to successful Seller/ Producer
verification of funds and that said Seller thus has written
permission to conduct a soft probe of the Buyer?s account.
It is further subject to buyer banks successful verification
of Seller and the product.
