Description :Looking for 100-150 kg/h recycling line capable of processing
PP/PE diaper industrial waste into pellets suitable for injection
molding.

Note that diaper scrap consists of 80-85 % of plastics and
15-20% of cellulose fibers, and that that amount of plastics is
60% PP and 40 %PE ..

I am looking to complete line suitable to shred, regranulate/
compound these scrap into pellet suitable for injection moulding .
Compounding with up to 30-40% with PP or Ca co3 if possible.
Material needs to be rigid enough (close to PP) ,not to tear apart
like paper (due to orientation of cellulose fibers if you only
agglomerate it).

Extruder needs to be vented, filters melt ...
