Description :Enquiry for EPDM rubber sheeting material for rotary die
cutting
For the manufacture of a die cut gasket we need a special
solid EPDM rubber quality which have to meet certain
demands.
First of all, it must be in accordance with our customers
reference.
Data sheet GS 140A0001 for a 50 shore material Thickness
1,0 +0,25-0,1 mm
Surface Smooth/Smooth or with fabric impression on
both sides
Annual demand 1400 m2 And
Data sheet GS 141A0013 for a 70 shore material
Thickness 1,1 + 0,25 -0,1 mm
Surface Smooth/smooth
Annual demand 10.000 m2
The annual quantity in question corresponds to
approximate 18.000 KG.

We expect the material supplied in rolls suitable for rotary
dies. The width of the rolls may be about 100 mm (extruded)
or the material may be supplied in wider rolls up to 1500 mm.
