before shipment by us at your yard in your country.

Payment, Non Negotiable factor :
I surely bring money (30%) to your country with me but I can accept
to pay 30% after shipped goods in front of me.

And you give to me B/L copy when I staying in your country with
you, then I pay balance 70% within 7 days after issued B/L.
