Description :We buy seed dryer
Capacity:5-6 tons/batch based on wheat drying from
18% to 10% moisture content or in sack drying of a
batch of 72 jute bags filled with wheat seed @ 75 kgs
per bag or 65 KG of paddy seed.

Application: The dryer (air heating unit) shall be suitable
for drying of all cereals seeds.

Heat exchanger/heater:
A. should be of indirect fired type preferable with single
stage ignition and able to heat air from 20-55 degree c.
B. provided with nozzles for effective burning of fuel-diesel
oil available in Bangladesh.
C. the burner should be positioned at the front of the unit
for easy maintenance and service.
D. type of burner: Single stage burner, automatic ignition
cut off and re-start, operated by single phase 220/230v,50hz,
AC supply. With automatic temperature control to maintain
preset drying air temperature with range of 20-55 degree c
depending on the material to be dried. With automatically
controlled valve that shuts off fuel if ignition fails of
flame occurs. Automatic ignition cut off, restart, operated
by single-phase 220/230v,50hz AC supply. The power
point (electric connection) will be available in the
machine room and this will be provided by the user.
Burner should be equipped with highly sensitive thermostat
solenoid valve and sequence controller.
E. it should be mounted with a practical handle and wheels
that makes the heaters easy to move. It should be mounted
with hangers so they many be hanged in the wire
