Description :There are two types of pistons. I need 400 Pcs. Each / per year.
One is cast, machined and Chrome Oxide coated. The OD is 100 mm and the length is 100 mm. One end has a bore to a depth of 25 mm with ID of 90 mm, leaving a wall thickness of 5 mm. The internal hollow area has five webs at 72 degrees for the remainder length of 75 mm.
The ID and OD have a concentricity requirement of 0.02 mm.
OD is ground to a surface finish of 0.2 micrometer
Certification Requirements: ISO and TS preferred
