Description :We need urea 46 prilled to be delivered as follows.
Total quantity: 75.000 MT.
1 x 12.500 MT to port of Corinto - Nicaragua
5 x 12.500 to port of Cortez - Honduras.
We have an L/C - type MT700 for one month's value shipment
(12.500 MT.) irrevocable, one more time transferable and auto revolving until the end of the contract.
The L/C comes from Wachovia Bank New York USA.
PB: 2%
POP: bank to bank.
Due to the fact that the payment instrument in our buyer's possession is one more time transferable we wish to connect our buyer directly to end seller and transfer the L/C directly to end seller. Therefore we want to be protected by an NCND and MFPA according to ICC ruling and regulations.
