Description :Dear Sir
I represent the Buyer for Urea in N 46% Origin Ukrania, Russia
Egypt, and the buyer is working with the Egyptian governmental
for supplying the Agricultural Development Banks with Urea, and
for that we have strict roles 1st; the seller should issue at first non
operative PB as 6% 2nd: the Buyer issue Confirmed , transferable
( one time only ) DLC pay able after arriving the shipment to the
destination Port ( in Alexandria Port / Egypt) , and for that hard
roles the Buyer can accept to pay USD / MT CIF please if you can
matching our roles ,then I can send you the LOI & the BCL soon ,
Please comment soon. Note: the first shipment is 50 000 MTS, but
after the first shipment we will do contract for 650 000 MTS as
50 000 MTS per Month.
