2% of empty bags will be provided free of charge with every shipment.
Bag marking neutral English marks in seven lines in black color on side
with Urea to be printed in double size of the other lines. Or bulk.

Loading discharge rate: 2.000/3.000 MT for day

Inspection: Quantity and quality inspection by SGS at sellers cost at
loading port and at buyers cost at discharging port

Target Price: CIF ASWP

Payment terms:
by irrevocable, confirmed, revolving, non transferable, documentary
letter of credit payable 100% at sight in Buyers Bank against
presentation of shipping documents as per contract

Performance bond: The seller against the buyers non operative documentary
letter of credit will post a performance bond equivalent to the sum of 2% of
the DLC and auto-revolving basis until the total quantity has been shipped.

Contract procedure:
1. The seller issues a soft offer
2. The buyer issues LOI to the seller
3. The seller issues a Full Corporate offer (FCO) to the buyer
4. The seller issues a draft contract to the buyer
5. The buyer returns revised draft contract to the Seller
6. The seller reviews and confirms any change made in draft contract by the
