Description :We are looking for the business partner that can supply
used rail. We are a mandate of an American company that buys
ferrous scrap for Chinese market

We need to buy 30.000 MT of used rail for 12 months.
The payment by irrevocable, revolving LC

We will need PBG 2% of the invoice value. The LC will be open
for one month delivery but the contract is for one year.
Everything is lined up so we are ready to close the deal in
short time. We should have your offer within two weeks.
If your offer is workable we will present the LOI and BCL.
