(3): Quantity 12,500 mt delivered into 1 shipment, destination
CIF Dar-El Sallam Port, Tanzania, final destination Burundi,
payment by documentary sign Letter of Credit, performance
bond guarantee 3%, delivery 35 - 45 days from receiving
acceptable letter of credit, packing 50 kg net (ML 50 kgs not

sends by courier mail hard copy of the contract agreement,
buyer signs hard copy of contract agreement (6 copies), buyer
sends back 4 copies of hard copy of contract agreement to
seller by courier mail, shipment commence as per agreement,
one important point to be noted, we will not reply except
official company e-mail, beside that the seller should be in a
position to provide evidence that he has previously supplied
