Description :Dear Sir/Madam,
We need an Adhesive /Glue with following specifications and purposes.

1) Water Based.
2) Preferably PU base.
3) Colour : White.
4) Property : Heat ? Re-activatable
5) Purpose : To bond or to paste Photographs or Posters to 300 gsm
Art-Board.
6) Description : The glue should be water soluble ? (water based -
preferably pH neutral.)

We should be able to apply the glue manually or by roller machine on to a
300 gsm art-board and kept for drying. (Even when it is dried it should be
very slightly tacky).

Then, we should be able to mount Photographs / Posters on to this 300 gsm
Art-Board with the help of a heated vacuum press with a temperature of
80 - 90 degrees Celsius. (This means, even when the glue is dried, it
should become melted and reactivated when inside the Heated Vacuum Press to
past the Photographs on to 300 gsm Boards).
