Description :We are looking to buy large quantities of broken silicon
wafers, perhaps fallout from manufacturing process.
The pieces can be broken wafers but not crushed.
No more than 30 percent low resisitivity, some coated all
right but not more than 5 percent. Small amount of n
type ok but most should be p type.
