Description :We buy Kraft paper tape with fiber glass

We are looking for a serious supplier able of furnishing high
quality of Kraft paper tape with fiber glass

The rolls size is mm.70 x 150 mt. Of length
The tape is made of two Kraft paper each other attacked with
hot melt glue reinforced with fiber glasses inside. Up to the
inferior side is spread a kind of vegetable glue.

Technical data are:
Up side Kraft 40 gr/sqm
Down side Kraft 40 gr/sqm
Hot melt 25 gr/sqm
Fiberglass 13 gr/sqm
Adhesive gr 30/sqm
Total weight is 148 gr/sqm

Number of fiber glasses threads in longitudinal position
10 in 100 mm.
Number of fiber glasses threads in diagonal position 8 in
100 mm.

The longitudinal fiber glasses must be x-crossed with the
other one in diagonal way with angle of 23 grades

Breaking strength in the longitudinal way = 12,5 kn/m
Breaking strength in the diagonal way = 6,5 kn/m

Internal cardboard core = 70 mm.

Packaging in accordance with your standard one (please let us
know your proposal). Monthly demand is 500-750 rolls with a
maximum of 1.000 rolls

We also need to purchase 3 machines for the above tape
application. Please would you like to submit your ones
enclosing photos and technical sheets.
