Description :We need copper foil to make lamination with polyester.
The copper foil thickness which we use to produce CU PET is
15,18 and 20 micron. The both copper foil surface must be
bright. Do you have any copper foil which we need? If you have
such products and able to give some reasonable and competitive
prices, we will be very glad to form a new business
collaboration. We will use it in lamination applications
for polyester film and aluminum foil. Our monthly consumption
is 4-6 tones at least Technical details of the copper foils
which we demand are as below:

Our consumption demand is an above at the moment, We plan to
buy 4 tones of copper foil each 30 days but as I said, if we
have a good price for copper foil, our consumption rate will
increase significantly by the time.

Surface roughness
Our supplier has provided a typical chemical analysis for the
copper as follows: ( All values are given in ppm )
Pb<2 ; Bi<1 ; AS = 1 ; Sb = 1 ; Sn<1 ; Zn<3 ;
Fe = 5 ; Ni = 5 ; Ag = 8 ; Se<1; Te<1 ; S = 5
The copper content (including silver and oxygen ) is min.99.9.
The productivity is min.100% IACS, at 20C in soft annealed
condition.
Note: We laminate the copper foil with polyester.
Polyester is first takes the glue from the steel cylinder and
then pass heat through a channel. In that channel polyester is
heated under 70 C and by this way, the ethil inside the glue
goes away and then the polyester is laminated to copper foil.
Namely we can say that, we do not make any heat treatment
for copper foil. After the lamination process, laminated
copper is cut in 14,18 and 27 mm width, according to the
demand of customers. Our polyester laminated copper foil is
especially used for coaxial cable.
