(composition, condition, dimension, ovality,) internal or external
defect etc is found the item will be rejected.
05. Certification and report like NDE etc from the manufacturer
that material is in compliance with relevant standard and without
internal and external defects.
06. Material supplied must be in compliance with relevant standard,
regarding testing and acceptance.
