Description :Dear Sir,
We are a distributor of industrial brush mates in Belgium, Holland,
France and the UK.
We are looking for a manufacturer who can produce
very strong brush mats from polyester for industrial applications.
We will order 400 mats per lot; one mat is 1m wide and 3 m long.
So in total 1.200 m? per lot.
We need approximately 8 lots per year.

We have a detailed description including pictures how the
mat needs to be produced and what materials to be used.
This will be send to you in PDF if you are interested
to make the product.
How the product is made is explained below in big lines:

1.Step one: Creating a needle punch laminate
the needle punch is made of texturized fibres ( polypropylene, 13 tex,
70 mm, white, UV stabilized)
the needle punch is 9 mm thick

2 Step one: the needle punch is laminated to a woven mat
the woven mat is made of plain weave
(circle weaving machine, warp polypropylene
54 tex / white UV stabilized. Weft 108 tex/white UV stabilized.
the plain weave is glued to the needle punch

3.Step one: Tufting
the laminate is tufted with PES yarn of 450 tex,
on a tufting machine of 1/6'' / 27 stitches per 10 cm/peile height 17 mm.
4Step one: PU saturation
to bind the piles in the needle punch the total mat is
saturated in PU glue
5.Cutting
the mat is cut to a size of 1 m by 3 m
