Description :Our company is one of the leading import and export companies

We are currently looking for a company who can manufacture the
following product by Cold Forging method.

Material: SAE 1006 (standard iron)
Area of Use: Furniture sector
Quantity:2 million pcs in one year
First order quantity:200,000 pcs
All dimensions in the picture are in cm.

We know there are three main methods to manufacture
these goods:

1) CNC machines
2) Hot forging
3) Cold forging.

Our customer is also in cold forging business and he only
accepts cold forging method. The factory which will
manufacture these items must have a cold forging machine
(also known as Nut Former)

We have a good demand for these products and we have a very
good market. If we can find a good supplier, we want to
cooperate for a long time with good quantities. If you have a
6 die/6 blow cold forging machines please send a picture
of the machine. So we can understand we are talking about the
same thing.
