Description :We have an Iraqi indent for supply of Cement Sacks with the
following details:
Quantity required: 5000000 (five million sacks), Kraft paper
sacks glue-pack, three plies, each ply have surface density
of 80 gm. / M2, minimum.
Pasted valve type, no. Of perforated holes to be not less than
20 holes at the upper side of the sack to allow for air
escaping; during filling.
Type of paper 100% normal Kraft paper.
Sack capacity 50kgm. Portland cement.
Sack dimensions 36cm, x 49. 5cm. X 10cm.
Should pass successfully the drop test at the standard height
of 120cm.
Such as all the six full bags are not torn during the test
Allowable tearing during the packing and manual loading on
the trucks must not exceed 3 bags / 1000 bags.
