Description :Looking for PA (nylon) 100% monolayer film tube (like sleeve),
different range size. Made from good pure raw Nylon (100% PA
(better 6.6 it-more heat-resistant) material
(No any additives and no fiber-glass) with follow properties:

1.Thickness 60-100 micron, different range size, with good resist
high temperature (Crystalline melting point (Melting temperature) more than 260C-ASTM 53736, ISO 3146-C, Max. Service temperature short term-180C) and with:
2. Good water permeability (more then 8.0% ASTM 53 495).
Water absorption, 24 hours, 73 F (23 C) = 8.0-10.0% or more ASTM D570, ISO 62)
3. Very good transparent and gloss. (Not any color)
4. The film tube in sleeve can withstand high temperatures and does not shrink (this is Very important), Heat Shrinkage (30 min @ 300 F) = <2.0 ASTM D-1204)
5. The film maintains, and should not change the properties of the following two different conditions of its use:
5.1. with dry heat (must withstand temperatures of 180C for 60 min. )
5.2. At a temperature of 140 C in saturated hot steam and pressure (pressure = 2 ATM. Provide for us a price for one ton (or one kg) of this film in the sleeves. Monthly demand
