OSB Manufacturing Plant

Description :We, at Penza region of Russian Federation, are planning to
build an OSB manufacturing plant with a capacity of 320
thousand CM per year. The plant has to be launched in two
phases of 160 thousand CM per year. We have already done the
preliminary marketing research and feasibility study of the
project. Considering the availability of needed wood and low
raw material and salary costs in the region, the project seems
to be highly profitable. Our plan is to build this plant
before summer 2008. At present, we are looking for an operator
and possible equity investor of 20 to 30 percent of the
project with real expertise in the business of OSB
