Description :We are one of the leading local manufacturers of biscuits,
Crackers, Chocolate, Confectionery and Snacks in Pakistan.
We are in this business for the since year 2000.
We are looking for some potential suppliers who are selling
the primary packaging materials of these products.
Following is the brief detail of specifications required by us.
1. The packaging material is multicolored, Surface or
reverse printing.
2. It should have good barrier and sealing strength.
3. It can be between 35-45 micron depending upon the
strength and sealing capacity of film.
4. The materials may be PVC, OPP, pet, BOPP,
metallized broad seal, pearlized, laminated. OR
any other material that can be cost effective.
Currently we are using extrusion lamination, pearl and
BOPP metallized with reverse printing that is 40-45 micron.
5. Maximum diameter of film roll allowed on our packing
machines is 14 inch.
6. We are using the wrappers that have a reel width of
170-210 mm and cut length is 160-190 mm.
7. Maximum weight of roll allowed on our packing
machines is 14 KG.
8. A pearlized film having Reel width of 185 mm and
cut length of 175 mm (45 micron) weighs 1. 20-1. 30 gm.
The above description can give you an overview of our
requirement. We are interested to purchase in big volumes
so that we can make it more cost effective.
