Description :Dear Sir,
Our company belongs to the Italian group, for more than
40 years in the planning and realization of cold stores and
food processing plants. The group employs approximately
90 people for a turnover of 25 million euro.

We are looking forward to buying Pre Painted Galvanized
Steel Coils, about 400-600.000 Kg.

Pre Painted Coils - Technical Requirements

Prime hot dipped galvanized steel coils pre painted, according
to EN 10142, 10147, 10143, 10169 for production
of polyurethane sandwich panels

Base Metal:
- Metal quality: S 250 GD ? first quality.
- Thickness x width: 0.45mm x 1.135mm tolerance -0/+5 mm
- Zinc coating (or equivalent AZ): 150 g/m2 at minimum,
finished MB.
- Inside diameter:508 mm.
- Coil winding: straight
- Flatness tolerances: restricted tolerances.
- Edge camber: minimum possible

Surface A:
- Top coat:5 microns primer + 20 microns of non-toxic
polyester paint;
- Colour :White-grey C21 (sim. RAL 9002);
- Gloss:30

Surface B:
- Wash coat:5 microns of primer suitable for a good adhesion
of polyurethane foams
- Use: sandwich panels

Other requirement:
- Coil weight:8.000 Kg min. - 10.000 Kg max.
