Description :We are one of the biggest stockholder in Turkey having three
stocks in Istanbul, Izmir and Konya. We were found in 1978
in Izmir, Turkey. Our turnover is 80.000t of steel. We are ISO
9001 certified. We are specialized in long products. We import
rolled and forged bars from Russia, Ukraine, Romania and
other C. I. S. and European countries.

Please advise your production possibilities of above mentioned
material.

Please quote separately for rolled and forged bars. We assume
the rolled bars are up to 310mm and over is forged. Kindly
advise your range.

Rolled bars: All of bars must be peeled or roughly turned.
Kindly note that turkey only recognizes din en standards.

General requirements:

42CRMO4 must be vacuum degassed and annealing.
CK45 suitable for forging. Please quote for both, vacuum
degassed and without vacuum degassing
41CR4 without vacuum degassing
16mncr5 with vacuum degassing
4140 with vacuum degassing. Please quote separately
for annealing

Detailed specifications for all four grades are available upon
request.

Forged bars, if you produce: Kindly quote separately for c/c,
b/b and a/a classes. As for the forged bars, we require your
firm offer for din EN standards as c/c, b/b and a/a class.
Would appreciate also the separate quote for peeled and
forged delivery conditions.

Would appreciate both quotes, on CFR Dilislekesi (Marmara
Sea, Turkey. Very close to Istanbul) and as an alternative on
FOB. Please advise what should be the minimum
lot to ship it as open cargo.
