Semi Automatic Cement Block Making Machine

Description :We are a newly incorporated company wanting to get in to
manufacturing of cement blocks and pavers in Sri Lanka.
We are looking for a semi auto machine with a production capacity
of 2500-3000 blocks a day on a 8 hours shift.
The commonly used block sizes are 200x200x400/100x200x400/150x200x400 and 200x100x80, 100x00x80 pavers with a compressive strength of
40n/square mm.
Even 190x190x390 or 140x190x390 or 90x190x390 are accepted sized
depending on the availability of moulds with you. Raw materials are cement,
sand, quarry dust.
Power 3 phase electricity
Please recommend a suitable machine for us with the FOB and CIF
value separately.
