Description :We need a compound board that is made up of 2 layers:
top face 3 to 6 mm solid wood (beech or maple), strips must
be spliced together and glued to the core, standard strip pattern
like laminate floor, strip size discussible in order to optimize
material (normally 40 to 100 mm width and 4000 to 1200 mm length);
core hardwood 24-25 mm, wbp, e1 emission.
Board size 2440 / 2500 x 1220 / 1250 x 27 to 30 mm (usually 28)
Quantity: up to 50.000 sqm / year
Need perfect quality / surface, no gaps between strips
Need flat board
Surface must be well sended and painted with transparent grip
smooth paint (no slid)
Good resistance to abrasion
