Description :We have been contacted by an investor who is interested to
use Pakistan iron ore purity 36% - 40 % and produce sponge
iron & further steel from sponge iron using electric furnace.
We seek such company to offer:

1) Direct reduction iron ore furnace to produce sponge iron
from iron ore.
2) High frequency furnaces to make steel from sponge iron.
3. A) ingots pouring mould or (b) continuous billet casting
line size 75,80,100 or more square with standard length.
4) Other required machine tools etc to complete the production
line and produce steel from iron ore.

5) Technology support details, if offer is accepted.
6) Recovery percentage of sponge iron from 100 MT iron
ore and finally steel recovery percentage from sponge iron?
7) electricity, gas/coal, water, manpower, open land &
covered area required for 100 MT iron ore processing plant?

We think 100 MT iron ore capacity for getting sponge iron/steel
will be viable as our clients like to establish more such units in
mine area. Therefore above target to be focused or may
increase if your principal suggest by offering complete
proposal with price FOB/C&f Karachi with their
