Description :We are looking for a manufacturer of Steam cleaner components
as follows;

1. Al-sliding pipe
: This is sliding pipe of cleaner.
- Material: Aluminum
- Thickness: 1.0mm
- Length: when fold, 600mm. when straight out, 900mm
- Surface treatment: anodizing
- Pipe dia: outer pipe: 35mm, inner pipe: 32mm

2. Heater
: Cleaner need hot water. This heater is for heating water
inside cleaner. Here I roughly describe the size(not exact).
- Height: 80mm, Core dia. : 44mm, Outer dia. : 61mm

3. Micro fiber pad
- Size: about 200 * 200mm
- Thickness: about 0.5cm
- Quantity: 1,000,000 pcs/year min.
- Water absorption of the pad should be good.

4. Motor for steam cleaner
- 220V 60 HZ (ball type)
- Dia: 52mm
- Thickness: 25mm
- Bearing type: We want ball bearing type
(oil less bearing type.)
- Two cooling fans (front & back)
- Usage: steam cleaner
- Order quantity: 20,000ea/month
