Terms are as below:
Steam coal ARB >= 5300Kcal/t
Quantity: 50000t-100 000t/month x 12 months
CIF 85$/t north ports in China
Payment:
Seller issues non-operative PB2% first
Buyer issues irrevocable non-nontransferable LC to activate PB second
95% paid by irrevocable non-nontransferable LC after inspection at the loading port
5% paid by LC after inspection at the unloading port.
