1. Rail scrap cut (1.2M-1.5M Rail Steel - No Longer)

Terms of payment (ARBG/SBLC):

By Bank Guarantee (BG) irrevocable, transferable, confirmed,
unencumbered, auto-revolving, value of three monthly deliveries
and with the validity of 4 + 1 month (in case of delay), up to the
end of the contract and last delivery, issued and/or confirmed by
Top 25 Western European and/or U.S.A. Bank with full assurance
for the term of the contract. All payments will be made in the form
of TT bank wire transfer and/or Documentary Letter of Credit
(DLC) by face each shipment and with a validity of 4 + 1 month
(in case of delay), up to the end of the contract and last delivery,
payable and issued at Sight upon presentation of the required
documents as Commercial Invoice, Ocean Bill of Lading and SGS Certificate.

11. 2% PB Performance bond included by seller
