Performance bond 2% posted non operative and
automatically activated by operative DLC. DLC nontransferable.
After contract signature (with NCNDA section inside),
inspection of goods at loading site or warehouse before
opening the DLC is required

Commercial invoice in 1 original + 2 copies
Original 3/3 clean onboard b/L
Insurance policy for 110% value
Certificate of origin in copy
Beneficiary declaration stating that the original
certificate of origin is in ship's bag
Original q & q report by Alex Stewart at the loading site
Original Alex Stewart certificate of non asbestos, non
radiation, non explosives
Original certificate of Alex Stewart for the arrival of vessel,
the opening of hatches, radiation and explosive-safety and
visual quality of goods at discharge port
Copy of shipping advise sent same day of b/L date from
seller to buyer informing name of vessel, b/L date,
description of material, quantity shipped as per draft
survey, number of bundles, port of loading, port of
discharge, etc at discharge port and value of goods
Original discharge draft survey issued by Alex Stewart
in port of destination
