Description :Dear Sir,
We are regenerated yarn producer in Turkey.
We are looking for chemicals that will improve the performance of
our yarns. What we need to improve is that strength and softness of our yarn in the end.
Our yarn is made from staple fiber.
The blend is 70% dyed or colored cotton waste fiber and
30% polyester dyed virgin or waste fiber.
We are looking for chemicals that we can use at either one of the
following phases;
1.We can apply it to fiber. But, in this case,
we must make sure that we will have no problem during spinning process.
2.during spinning process
3.after spinning process
After spinning process, we can do either one of the followings;
A.Chemical during yarn conditioning
B.Economical way of mercerizing
C.Economical way of chemical application based on the
information above
