Description :Dear Sir,
We would like to order helical bevel gear reducer

Details are as follows:
100:1 ratio
Aluminum construction
IP66 or better
Good seals and bearings for low seal drag
Rc62 with C45 steel gears (cut, hardened, ground gears)
95% efficient
Synthetic oil lubrication
Mounts to 200 W 12 VDC motor
Pinion gear is desired to mount to gear reducer to save space and weight

Total package is 20 lbs (DC Gear Motor)
Motor produces 200 W and at least 85% efficient
Motor is 6.5 inlb @ 2500 rpm (rated speed and torque)
DC Gear Motor produces 50 ftlb @ 12 VDC and 20 A
DC Gear Motor produces 250 ftlb @ 12 VDC and 120 A for 1-2 seconds
Duty Cycle is 15 times per day (1 minute for each cycle)
Aluminum seal covers for IP66 protection
Hollow shaft or spline shaft with QPQ for rust protection
Requirement: 3000-5000 units per year
