An ode Chocolate, Sangria and Barcelona, bringing alive sun kissed sangria filled days and all things bold and fruity. Inspired by the taste of traditional Catalan Sangria and the fantastical twists and turns of divine Gaudi architecture. This bar of chocolate is a mosaic medley of reduced nectarines, peaches, apples and orange zest steeped in Garnacha wine for the spice-filled Sangria center, encased in a 54.5% dark chocolate with a subtle bitter cocoa taste.
